Well, I have the mini series DVD as well as the UK version of season 1. I may sit this one out. I understand that this version has both the mini series and season 1 rolled into this.

Its basically the same as what you have except that it has a different intro sequence where as the UK version plays the one from season 2. Also I think the US version (for whatever mind boggling reason) has more extras, don’t ask me why!! dontknow.gif
wowey you guys have had a wait i had my dvd on the 28th march . Saying that season 2 is not due on these shores untill janaury so its offset me thinks.
I’m going to pick up a set from Costco. Only $39.99 (plus tax) according to their web site..
i got mine for £ 17.99 which was ace thats over 50% of the rrp which was great i sold my old copy on amazon.co.uk and made in the process a profit of £ 10.30
great stuff that means i can by F1 mag for the next 3 months . blob8.gif

I have the UK version and the mini-series and depending on how good the extra features are I might just mail the UK version and the mini off to my brother who is on deployment right now and enjoy the US boxed set.
I think the US box set will be good. I know best buy jacked up their price a lot for the UK version because they had sole rights to it

check over at RA there is a debate going on as after epsisode 7 its like they totally forgot most of what happend 7 episodes previously .

You can’t really punish Starbuck because you need the pilots…

You really can’t punish Roslyn because she is the president and can do whatever she pleases, and Adama does not want a military dictatorship, and if he got rid of her he would need to have elections and that would allow Tom Zarek to step up.So in the end…they had to kiss and make up, if not they would be easy pickings for the cylons.
