Bumper and grill may warp pretty much back into place. Wing may need replaced, otherwise careful work with a hammer than filler smoothed over it and new paint should suffice.

    That’s the poor man’s solution.

I have no experience in repairing cars, but I would like to sort out my dent at some point:

    Hi Folks
If the parts are readily available it would take a whole lot less experience to remove and replace then to repair. The fender has a great amount of damage that is repairable but it has to be repaired systematically. So there is a great chance that the attempted repair would only fatigue the damaged area even more and frustrate the person doing the repair. Just my 6 cents worth icon_scratch.gif

I would not repair a fender. I can get all I want at a junk yard for less than $40. If I am willing to wait I can even get one the right color.

Well, you could either replace or reapir, I would personally replace the bumper and repair the actual car body.
