Here’s a new feature of the Wisconsin Collector Car Forum. We now have an instant messaging chat service. You can talk in real-time with other members. All you have to do is click the Chat button up above to the left of Private Messages. Alternatively you can click it also at the bottom of the page.
You’ll want to notify others when you’re on via PMs or posting here.

It’s a good, stable hack. It never locks up or errors. Very solid.
You might want to go into the config file and tweak the refresh timing though. The default is too slow, IMO.
I’ve noticed that too. One thing I would like is for it to notify you of replies, like blink the window on the taskbar or something. What refresh rate would you recommend?

Well I changed my refresh rate (it was 10) to 05, but I also found this:

I don’t see the benefit of that.
Ok, I couldn’t tell what that 300 pertains to anyway – I think maybe its the time until the oldest message is deleted?

I am only on from 1:25 PM- 1:50 PM CST.
Then in summer, I am on, 9:00 AM CST-12:25 PM CST.
I will be on the summer schedule during Christmas Break Though.
