    I see that Brian Burke was sentenced to 6 months or whatever in jail but he will be serving it at home. What a joke, I bet that little deal was in the works for a long time. How can anyone have any respect for the justice system or for any government officials.

    Another thing that makes me sick is that he will be back lobbying his buddies and probably make more money than he ever did in office. The whole system is corrupt.

    I have to agree with you. Even though I work within the criminal justice system, I am just as appalled, maybe even more so, to see this sweetheart deal unfolding. I am dumbfounded and don’t know what to say.

    Its too bad things have gotten as bad as they have. It will be interesting to see if Chuck Chvala has too spend any time in jail. It just gets tiring to these people get off so lightly.
