There’s a few pages like that, guess it’s a new fad… The original was called the million dollar homepage or something similar. He sold each pixel for $1 in 10×10 blocks. So the minimum was $100. Some college kid thought it up and the last time I saw it which was some months ago he had it filled up pretty good.

If you could get your link on that page that would be a good, getting on the one you linke too won’t help any unless it becomes popular. Inbound links are some of the most important things you can have to increase your search ranking. It’s a very complicated algorithm and I won’t even begin to suggest I understand it, no one really does except the people at Google.

One thing is for sure though having inbound links from pages dealing with the same field that you are in are very god to have. What links to that page etc… Even internal links are important.

My suggestion is if you think that is something that might become [popular than go for it. If not save the cash and get yourself a good case of beer. icon_cheesygrin.gif

It all depends on the site stats. If it’s a quiet little place that nobody visits, it’s pretty much wasted money.

But if it’s an active site it sounds like a good deal.
