    The pennies are probably worth more than the car.
    My question is whay anyone would want to do this??? I have never seen anything like it.

    Very unsual to say the least.

    When I was in college there was a VW Bug COVERED with radio station bumper stickers. It was as ugly as sh*t, but the owner (a freakazoid) loved it. He also said it was cheaper than getting a paint job.
