Saw a great license plate today – Wisconsin Collector Car

It was one of those extra plates in the front of the car that had writting on it. It said:

IF ALL ELSE FAILS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

I think we can all relate to that

Unfortunately many people in this country can’t read. And most of them are driving cars.
