Review: ‘Guardian’ doesn’t miss a cliche
The brave women and men who serve as United States Coast Guard Rescue Swimmers perform courageous, lifesaving feats every day. At 139 minutes, “The Guardian” catalogs every one of them. It’s a shame — there’s probably a worthy movie to made about these people — but “The Guardian” isn’t it.
