Did anyone make it to the Janesville show today?
I drove out to Prairie du Sac yesterday and took another series of photos of the Mustang. The engine bay has been cleaned up, painted and detailed. The motor has been cleaned up and painted and is being rebuilt with year correct, OE parts and components. The Mustang needed a few extra corrections to include replacing the fuel line from the fuel tank forward and new shocks all the way around, on top of everything else. I am guessing that the engine will be ready to go back into the car within a couple of weeks or a month at the extreme. I have been able to locate and purchase a few Rotunda NOS parts for the finishing touch on the restoration. It will be a long winter for me, but I am looking forward to next year’s shows, especially those shows that I missed this year.
I have been missing all of you guys and the local shows for the past couple of months and I look forward to seeing everyone at the first show of 2007! I hope to see many of you on Tuesday at the WS cruiser’s meeting in Sun Prairie.

Glad to hear that the project is coming along! The weather sure did turn sour this week! I didn’t make it to the Janesville Show, hopefully we’ll hear how it was though. I’m not sure how good the turnout was because of the weather.
Sounds like they are making good progress on the car. It always takes longer than you think. Didn’t make it to Janesville, but did to Mayville last week, which was a good time. Did take the GTX out yesterday and GTO out today. Not many good days left this year. Time to get the cars cleaned up and put away.
