Would you drive one of those all electric vehicles in Madison? Because of the number of idiots on the roads in this city I wouldn’t.

I would. I live only 3.5 miles from my job and my truck currently is only getting like 14 mpg.

I saw one today on Regent St. It is small but I think for city driving it would be okay

I assume you mean the all electric vehicles that are low-speed vehicles. (governed at 25 mph) It would be nice to not use gas, but I’d choose my route carefully.

I test drove one in my small town (Sauk City) for about a week and it was great for getting the kids to/from soccer, scouts etc. We probably put on 10 miles an evening just to get everyone to/from their events.

Yes, I was talking about the low-speed electric car. Depending on where a person lived in Madison one could be used here. There are just so many rude drivers. It would be great to get away from a gasoline fueled vehicle.
