    Specific Ratings (A-F):
Arrival/Departure (easy to find, easy to leave?) – B ~ Easy to find, signs would’ve been helpful
Parking Location – B ~ Plenty of room, parked on grass
Class Organization – B ~ There was no organization, you were told where to park, I did see people moving around when friends (or whoever arrived)
Trophies & Prizes – B ~ Nice awards, no door prizes. Congrats to all the Road Apples that won today! :)
Food – C ~ Hot dogs, BBQ’s and chips. The prices were kind of high.
Entertainment – D ~ A radio (or something similiar) played on and off during the day. It was very hard to hear, it was hit or miss.
Judging – B ~ They seemed to do a fair job.
Dash Plaque – B ~ I got one, typical dash plaque.
Variety of Cars – A ~ Good selection of cars!
Bathrooms – B ~ Good indoor, some portables
Weather – D! ~ Cold, cloudy and windy! Very odd for this time of year.
Trophy Presentation Timing – C ~ 4:00 is rather late, especially on a day when it’s as cold as it was, and the clouds looked the rain the entire day. Many left before awards, they should’ve moved them up an hour or so.
    Entry Fee – $10, normal
    Overall Rating: B

I understand this show was the first one for this group and I’m sure they received plenty of suggestions on how to improve for next year, and what went right this year. The location is perfect, with plenty of room to spread out.

For a first year show, I thought this group did an awesome job!

I was especially impressed with the judging. I noticed that a team of judges was assigned to each class, and this team judged every car in that class. Judging was consistent, uniform, and fair to everyone in each class. When the awards were handed out, I was in agreement with the Best Of Class winners in the individual classes.

Congrats to Circletrack for her Best In Class award!

I was also happy to see Dr. Steve Reiner from Verona and his son Trevor, win not only a Best in Class Award but also the Mayor’s Pick. Steve has a very, very nice 1964 Chevy Impala SS 409 convertible. Steve works hard to show his car well but is not able to attend alot of shows, so it was good to see him win big at this show.

I am guessing that this show will become a “must attend” event in coming years as the show grows and continues to improve. This location is perfect for car shows and could handle 300+ cars.
