What do you think of the Edgewater Hotel development plan?
I think it looks great. The developer, Bob Dunn has revamped the plans to meet the concerns voiced by the neighbors.

That is pretty cool. I’m glad to hear that he pays such close attention to detail and listens to what critics of the plan had to say. Even though some people still aren’t happy I hope the project can move forward soon
The biggest critic, and the leader of the very vocal dissenting group, is attorney Fred Mohs, who is a longtime resident and propery owner in the Mansion Hills area, the surrounding residential area.
I, too, hope some sort of compromise can be reached so the project can move forward.
