From what I have seen the tax cuts for the wealthy have done nothing to keep the jobs from moving overseas. Let the people who can afford it pay more in taxes. The middle class is tapped out.
Hey Gtoman, have you ever got a job from a poor person? Not a state job or government job but a private sector job. If you raise taxes on my boss he will cut jobs. How hard is that for people to understand?
Answer this question then think about it the next time you slam those “evil richies.”
Better yet why don’t we just tax you more. You seem to have alot of toys. Some would say you’re rich. I want what he has. I think i’ll just come take your goat for a spin because it’s not fair that you have and i don’t.
See how stupid that thinking is. Apply it to your life and it’s not so black and white is it.
You don’t think the top 1% is tapped? Take a look and see how much of the tax burdon is applied to that top 1% It’s alot more then middle and lower class. Why do you insist on punishing success?
Hell no, keep those tax cuts. In fact, make them permanent and add a little more cut to them.
One of the problems in this country is that people blindly follow what people in positions of power say. In allot of cases those people in positions of power could care less about the average person. There needs to be some accountability. At one point in this country’s history tax cuts for the very rich would make a difference. I don’t think that is necessarily the case in today’s world. I haven’t seen any slowdown in the exodus of jobs from this country. And the great majority of the jobs created have been non family supporting jobs. As far as raising taxes I would like to see the point where it is started raised to say 500k. Most jobs are created by small businesses, and I would say most small business owners probably don’t make 500k a year.
There should be more accountability with all money that is spent. An example is the Madison schools and their26 million maintenance referendum a couple of years back. So far they have no clue where it went.

Plenty of small business make over $500K and what the gross is what is taxed, the net, on the other hand, is of course after taxes.
I felt so good paying more in taxes last year than I made in net…..
If you start to tax those who make $500k or more a year, you are going to limit business. As a business, it is the object to make as much money as you can while being profitable. If you increase taxes on those who do, it will trickle down. No pay raises for the employees, benefits cut, and ultimately you will see job cuts.
Targeting big business is wrong. Its the large American companies that can keep there jobs on our soil if the Government would play fair. WI is a good example, large state companies are looking at moving there operations because Jim Dumbass won’t give tax credits to these companies. Wolf is now having to tell there employees “Pay cut or we move our operations to KY”. Progressive Democrats in action IMHO.
