Some good deals in Kansas City and some fairly priced cars bringing good money. Two rare ’57 Tbirds brought $186,000 and $137,000. People are putting money in top end collector cars instead of gettin Fuc&*^ by the stock market or screwed by what you get at the banks.

This is the first time in many, many years that I have completely missed one of these!

Between multiple trips to the Home Depot while continuing to remodeling a couple of bathrooms, I completely forgot that this auction was on the tele this week/weekend. I think maybe it will be repeated on HD tv in weeks to come?

I have discovered that Chasing Classic Cars is repeated on the weekends, so I have been missing that show also during the week on Tuesdays.

I certainly appreciate that red 66 Impala Convertible with the 4 speed. What a beautiful car. Seems to have sold at about the right price.
