    I can only imagine that Wisconsin would require the old plates be replaced with the new plates. Wisconsin does not do anything for free or for good will. Personally, I would not want to spend any additional money to purchase “new” collector plates. I am perfectly content with the plates I have now.

    Why is it we need a change?

    For those of us not on Facebook, what’s happening? DOT’s been doing some fishy stuff the past few years, apparently trying to get all “old cars” off the road, or at least substantially restricted (like in “parade-only”).

    I’ve always thought the combination of blue with red numbers was an ugly choice. Blue with yellow would have been better or how about red with cream numbers. I saw a guy paint his that color to match his car and it looked real nice.
