Do the roads seem better or worse this spring compared to past years? I frequently notice that rough patch of road by the intersection of University Ave and Whitney Way but overall the roads seem better this year, at least where I drive

Cuts in the budget will cause roads to deteriorate at a faster rate over the next 4 years. A good business to get into will be alignment shops. Maybe that will create 250k jobs.

University has been rough for a couple of years now, especially at the Whitney Way intersection. Cold patch can only do so much for a road that needs to be repaved.

That part of the road is scheduled to be replaced in 2012 ….
