When will the morons who are talking on their cellphones while driving learn that they aren’t capable of doing two things at once. It is time to ban them while driving.

I disagree with banning the cellphones.. several people have to use them for their jobs.. A little common sense goes a long way when using the phones. I’ll never understand why someone needs to be on their phone that early in the morning (I see it everyday), or in many other places ~ the doctors office, grocery store and so on. Sometimes I wish we could go back to the days of everyone having a phone at home
Texting worries me more, even though it’s banned, people still do it every day.
The only cell phones that should be allowed are the hands-free type, and that might be pushing it. What about before cell phones were available, they were still doing there job without them.
