I just purchased a new man cave…………….a 40,000 sq ft warehouse with a acre of land right in the middle of town. I got a hell of a deal on it so I figured WTF. It was tuff runn’n it by the old lady………..I mean my lovely wife, but I got the ok because I told her that I would move all my car stuff in there and my cars. Little does she know that now I’ve got a lot more room for more stuff and cars!!!!!!!
It’s got an office……..I mean bar area, poker area,BS’n area. The land I think I’m going to fence in and run a u-store-it, outside storage for boats,RV’s, campers.

Sounds great, you can never have too much room. And renting storage space is a good business to be in today.
I found another good use for the warehouse last nite……….it’s a great place to run your dog.
