What a shame, some unsuspecting buyers will get stung. Have seen a couple of flood damaged cars down at Jefferson. I would assume the electrical problems would be a nightmare.

An older car could be relatively simple to rewire as most harnesses are reproduced now for the popular ones. An engine can be disassembled and rebuilt, upholstery done. Could be some good buys out there for someone who wants to do the work involved.
