Which do you prefer, Pepsi products or Coke products? Personally I like them both and generally try to alternate between the two. I can taste a difference between them and it makes it more interesting by switching them up.

    Pepsi.

When we were in Egypt they were selling Pepsi everywhere there – on street corners, in restaurants, in vending machines …..and there wasn’t a Coke product to be found.

It was also interesting to see the Pepsi can with arabic on it icon_cheesygrin.gif

That’s funny, Egypt is a pro-pepsi country. Ban the Coke! :haha: Do you have any pics of that Pepsi can Cap?

I’ll drink both but my main favorite is Dr. Pepper. It has a unique taste all of it’s own.

Dr. Pepper is also very good, what do you think about Mr. Pibb?

I don’t mind Mr. Pibb. It seems a bit sweeter than Dr. Pepper but the benefit of liking it is that is no one else will drink it, more for me. icon_cheesygrin.gif

I like Mr. Pibb as well, even more that Dr. Pepper actually. I think the flavor is a little different (same thing you talked about) and I like it better. Plus like you say no one else drinks it, so if you drink it you’re very unique! Drogar-Laugh(LBG).gif

I have a bunch of souvenirs here if you want to see some more arabic writing. Near the bottom of the page are stubs from the sites that show the different numbers they use. But most places use the English numbering system so there’s usually no need for tourists to learn it:

Many of the signs there are Arabic on top and English below it. Same with almost all products being sold like pop, beer, chewing gum. Even their money is English on one side and Arabic on the other:
