Having family in Edgerton, it’s always fun to go back to this show, but we last attended 3 years ago – it doesn’t sound like anything has changed. There is nothing worse than pulling judges from the crowd on the day of your show that have no experience judging, let alone know what they are looking at… how can that be fair to anyone? I’ll never forget the organizer giving himself two awards and the majority of the door prizes (including the big awards) went right back to the people putting on the show, no thanks. Then… to practically call your friends out of the bar to collect their awards, I’m surprised anyone comes back.

The show organizer was drunk by the time it came down to doing the awards that year… I thought about going yesterday, but I went with option A and prepped myself for the DQ cruise in Monroe last night instead.
