I was able to attend the Mecum Kissimmee today and wow there were a lot of cars! This past fall I was able to attend the Mecum Chicago Show too. The big differences was at the Chicago show they allow you to walk through the bidder area, but not so much at the Kissimmee auction … also the top cars in Kissimmee are in a different building then where the auction block is at … and the cars that actually are sold are in a fenced in area that only folks that are registered bidders can look at them (this was kissimmee … kinda sucks, because you might have watched a deal sell and you want to check the car out to see if it really was a deal…
There were a couple of cars inside that had ipads playing videos of the car driving around (an interesting way of marketing your car).
