to justify the investment into their technology. As time goes on the accuracy of their forecasts gets worse and worse. ‘Southern Wisconsin bracing for the season’s first major storm’. IMO 2 inches in Madison and less to the east doesn’t constitute a major winter storm.

Winter is winding down. We don’t have much snow on the ground so when it starts to warm up it will go fast. By the end of this week it is supposed to be in the 40’s. The cars will be on the road before you know it.
