What is to stop Madison from taking this further? Like to the level in southern California? They have taken it to the point where they can pull over any car for suspicion of being modified, search, and if anything is not stock, the car can be impounded and destroyed. That is how far they have taken to eliminate street racing. They say if the car is modified it can be used for street racing and is therefore illegal.
