The problem isn’t unique to Dean, it is throughout all providers.
I’m happy with my insurance, I pay a copay and have never seen a bill except for when I went to the ER a few years ago due to dehydration….cost me $75 out of pocket.
Nonetheless, still a terrible way to handle a layoff.
