If you ask me, that is the lowest a person can get to pull an act like that. I’m sure the manager doing it was only doing what she was told, but can you imagine how that former employee felt and everyone else around her??? What’s wrong with waiting another couple hours or even the end of the day to let someone go? Does it really make that much difference???
