I Have seen this car many times, the owner claims it is a Real Copo car, but to me it just looks like a basic black 4 door chevelle with a 3 on the tree..

I saw this car parked at Pawn America, I thought pretty cool winter beater. So I had to take a pic. I did notice the paint looked to be original, and it is pretty darn clean.
