Aggressive panhandler arrested after taunting shop

I refuse to shop in downtown Madison because of incidents like this. Until police can clear out these people I will spend no money downtown. And I am not the only person who has these views.

No money for a place to live, but scabbed up enough change to buy a box of wine and get drunk…

There’s a reason I don’t go downtown, and its the bums, herion addicts, liberals, and white trash sleeping on park benches. There is a place for them to go, but many can’t follow the rules and end up back on the street.

Had this guy talked to me or my family this way, no matter his weight or size he would’ve met the business end of 6 feet tall, 140 lbs of pissed off Norwegian :angry:

This is why I hated going downtown in Milwaukee to anything. The minute you get out of any venue there, the homeless are on you like white on rice. you don’t know if they will snatch and grab yer wallet if you do feel generous or if they have a weapon or are just crazy like this guy in Madison.
