Albany Lions Show

Does anyone know the date for 2010? I see it listed here as June 27 but several other sites have it June 26.

I’ve tried to find it on Albany’s Chamber of Commerce site, but that’s new and not up to date.

I have this listed as Sunday, June 27th. I paid particular attention to this show because, once again, it is competing against the 2nd annual Oregon Big-O show, and the annual Cruisin’ Portage car show.

Also, in looking at the show details on several other internet sites, it appears that there is a new contact person for this show. Does anyone know, for certain, if there has been a change in the leadership? Has anyone receivied a flier yet?

Marshall, the only show I’ve received a flyer on so far is Pardeeville. Have you received any others?

I would think they’d start showing up in the next few weeks.

I have had a few fliers start to trickle in. I received a flier for Ryan’s NAPA Auto Care Show in Lake Mills on 05/01, a flier for the 12th annual Graduation Car Show in Jefferson on 06/13, and the Deerfield Rod & Gun Club’s Car Show on 07/31.

Abe Runaas is our event organizer and very enthusiastic about our car show, and about the car show community and automobiles, in general. Any info from Abe is straight from the source.

I can’t answer specific questions about classes, etc. but, Abe is in charge of the event and if he put it on the flyer, that should be the correct information. I will ask him the next time I speak with him and post any updates here.
