Anyone use craigslist.madison.com?

I was just wondering.

On one of the other forums that I frequent (Vintage Mustang Forums, VMF), a poster was ranting and raving about buying and selling on craigslist. Low and behold, I find that we have one here locally.

I found a 1967 Ford Galaxie convertible in Montello that I have taken an interest in. Allowing for the seller to contact me this weekend, I plan to drive up and take a look at it.

I haven’t spent alot of time on craigslist, but so far, I am pretty impressed with what I have seen.

I looked at the 66 Impala Convert in Sun Prairie. It was originally a blue car with a blue interior. The car has been repainted red and the interior has been refubished with a red interior.

This car could become a very nice driver with a little bit of TLC.

Wow! I don’t know much about Chevys, but why would anyone screw up an original 409 4-speed car with a 350? dontknow.gif Seems pretty stupid to me… Not trying to be a hater, to each their own I guess…

I agree and would add I’ve never seen that car around Madison, at any of the shows or even “cruising” around.
