    I was just wondering.

    On one of the other forums that I frequent (Vintage Mustang Forums, VMF), a poster was ranting and raving about buying and selling on craigslist. Low and behold, I find that we have one here locally.

    I found a 1967 Ford Galaxie convertible in Montello that I have taken an interest in. Allowing for the seller to contact me this weekend, I plan to drive up and take a look at it.

    I haven’t spent alot of time on craigslist, but so far, I am pretty impressed with what I have seen.

    There are some great deals around. I believe most people do not want to buy much of anything in this economy. Most people are worrying about whether they will have a job or not.

    1957 Ragtop beetle for 5k. If you were looking for a nice car that probably needs a paint job, this is the one (assuming the engine that is in it came with it). 1957 was the last year for the oval window, and it has a different dash then mine.

    Super easy to find parts. Tons of vendors on the west coast will ship just about anything.
