You can register online for $10 for Automotion … they will mail you a paper to place in your window so you can just drive right on in … deadline is May 5th ….

I pre-registered earlier this week. That will make it easier.

I rolled in at about 8:30, waved my pre-registered letter and then drove on in. No lines. They had a second registration station towards the bottom of the hill. The park was pretty much full by noon. Lots and lots of foot traffic. Many new vendors.

I took off at about 1:30 and the cars on the main strip coming in went all the way back to the interstate … pretty crazy…

Saturday was crazy! It took us 45 minutes to get back to the hotel, which is only a few blocks from Noah’s Ark… it didn’t help there was a tuner show at Marley’s at the same time… Got up Saturday morning to find frost on the cars, not my idea of fun, but it did warm up nicely.

All in all, good times. Lots of great cars to look at, really something for everyone.

As much as WI Dells must make on this weekend with everyone in town, it’s also got to be quite the mess cleaning everything up (the hotels around us were trashed), and just the general headache dealing with every teenage kid that thinks it’s a good idea to spend the weekend drunk…
