I see that the first half of BSG S2 is coming out on DVD in a box set in Dec:

But is there going to be a full DVD box set of the entire 2nd season, or just two that you must by seperately for each half?

There should be a Full Box Set next Summer. $50.00 is alot for only 10 episodes. I will wait until the Complete Season is released….
That’s what I’m thinking as well. Do you know that a full box set will come out for sure or are you just guessing? That would be the logical thing but you never know with tv executives. I thought $50 was a lot as well…
thats a bit steep for US markets but for Uk markets thats a little less than the average price im gonna order mine as se if they can import it.
I’ve never seen this done before. Considering that they’ve split the season into 2 parts, it seems like a good idea. But $50 for 10 episodes is way too much money. It seems like Universal is milking their cash cow the same way Paramount does for STAR TREK; approx. $100 per season. crybaby2.gif

That sounds great! The best discount price I’ve seen is $85 for Enterprise. What’s the catch?
Thing you have to realize is this one will have the directors cut of “Pegasus” which is an hour and 15 minutes!!!!

Ron Moore said in one of his podcasts that the directors cut was an hour and 15 before commercials!
A LOT of background stuff was left on the floor on this episode, a big thing about the civilian ships going on “strike” because the Peggy was resupplying Galactica and not them, a bunch of background story for the Peggy and maybe (I’m guessing here, it wouldn’t suprise me if they do, or they don’t put this in) the original Sharon rape scene.Quote:Ron Moore said in one of his podcasts that the directors cut was an hour and 15 before commercials!

Also what would be different about the Sharon scene?
It will probably be in the full season, it all depend on what special features they want to throw in the final version.
As for the diffrent Sharon scene, in Ron Moores podcast he said that they originally shot the scene where Helo and Chief come in while Sharon is bieng raped…then they beat the snot out of the guy and kill him.
