    LOL

The only reason mine isnt running is because I didnt notice that a bolt boss dropped into the timing belt area, causing a bit of valve destruction.

Other than that, it was running fantastically with 110k miles on it with no other major issues.

And fyi, it IS an American made car…20% Japanese parts, 70% US, and 10% Mexican…Engine assembly in Japan, Sub and Final assembly in Normal, IL.

110K? eh that’s nothin. Mine had 270K when I started working on it, that was 270k bone stock (except the trans which is a known problem). My old truck was 208K without any major work. My old winter beater 92 Maxima was 234K. And I cannot claim American, built in Osaka.

    No Camaro anymore.

My Oldsmobile though, is a “Survivor”

What happened to the Camaro? Man you go thru more cars than anyone else. It is hard to keep up.

No, I can think of one guy who goes thru cars faster than I do…

I’m just ribbin’ ya, don’t take it so personal

I know, its all good. I was just merely stating lol.

On the plus side, with the motor being strewn across my garage, it gives me a bit of time to do the airbrushing and paint work Ive been meaning to do.
