Changing from Cable to Satellite

I believe allot more people would switch from Cable to Satellite if it wasn’t such a pain in the #$%. It seems they always have a bunch of gimmicks involved. The special deals they offer are much more complicated than they need to be. The satellite bill I receive is very difficult to follow, with all the charges and counter charges. Can’t any company just offer a service in a straightforward way.

Who do you have? I have Direct Tv and have no problems with their billing. I liked Charter but the rising costs did it for me. The only problem we’ve had with our dish is a strong thunderstorm or snow this winter piled up on the dish, but we removed it and are fine now.

I have Dish and I haven’t had any real billing problems. What I am saying is that with all the special deals it is hard to match up the amounts sometimes on the bills.
