How would you rate the Deforest show today? To rate the show just select “Rate The Show” from the dropdown menu:

Arrival/Departure (easy to find, easy to leave?)A ~ very easy to find, well marked

Trophies & Prizes ~ The door prizes were nice, local businesses
Food ~ A ~ The Fire Dept. provided the food, burgers and hot dogs at reasonable prices.
Entertainment ~ A ~ Jukebox Bandstand did a great job of mixing old and new music, the volume was nice also.
Judging ~ N/A ~ Show and shine!
Dash Plaque ~ B ~ just your average every day
Variety of Cars ~ A ~ many local favorites
Bathrooms ~ A ~ Indoor
Weather ~ B ~ It rained like crazy this morning but but early afternoon the sun was out, beautiful!

Entry Fee ~ $8 in advance, $10 day of show, that’s average
Overall Rating:B+From what I understand the car count was light but considering the weather I would say it was a pretty good turnout. I heard 50 to 75 cars.
Maybe 100 or so, they were very disappointed in the rain so it was great to see so many come out rain or shine. Everyone was out drying off once the sun came out, it was a nice relaxing day.
Its too bad since this is always such a nice show. I’m really looking forward to Deerfield next weekend though! icon_punk.gif
I got there at 7:00 a.m. First car didn’t get there until about 8:00 a.m. I shot a few photographs and then the skies opened up. I too will be waiting for Deerfield next weekend.
