Hey, I’m in the U.P. of MI and looking for someplace in WI that does E-coating. I need to get a truck cab done, and possibly a barracuda shell.

Haven’t had any luck locating anywhere except muscle car restorations and they are a bit too pricey.

Did a quick google and came up with these for Wisconsin. Only one is in Wisconsin.

I had seen the professional plating site, doesn’t look like they would cater to what I’m looking for.

I did end up hearing about a company in milwaukee, Restoration specialists, and that they do E-coating, going to call them tomorrow.

You may want to cruise over to this forum and register (free) quick. There are a couple professionals involved in restoration or supplying paint from the u.p. area that check in there often. Some pretty knowledgeable guys, and are good at answering questions and helping others out. Maybe one will be able to point you in the right direction for e coating not too far from home.

Sorry, I had forgotten to reply to this thread. The place in milwaukee does do it, but no one I found could fit a truck cab in ther E-coating tanks. I ended up having it media blasted instead.

Probably going to go to the place in milwaukee (restoration specialists, I think was the name) for my barracuda when the time comes though.
