Goodguys Rodfather tour

Not sure how many people know this but the Goodguys Rodfather tour will be going through Madison tomorrow coming from Ankeny Ia. on their way to Goodguys show at Indy on Friday. They started last Wed from Pleasanton Ca. You can view daily tour videos at: http://rodfathertour.com/

So keep your eyes open tomorrow you see some cool rods around Madison.

Tues Sept. 18th:

• Leave at 8:00am SHARP Head north on I-35 then east on US-20 toward Dubuque.
• Take US-151 towards Madison.

How do you have a car show in downtown Madison on a Tuesday? Get a permit and close down the road!

Most of the cars were from California and most of them would be Best of Show winners at shows around Wisconsin. Pretty amazing to think these guys are driving them all over the country, from the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah to Indianapolis, Indiana. There are suppose to be about 100 of them on the tour and there were about 25 cars parked (there was a badger bus that was taking the owners from the hotel to Munz’s). I think I need to put this on my bucket list …

I saw about 15 of them on 151 going by Platteville that day. Was wondering what was going on. Some great cars for sure!.

They only brought about 25 to Munz’s, there were over 90 cars in the parking ramp at the Edgewater. One of my friends went there and took a bunch of pics.
