I picked up an item this week that I had been looking for all summer. I noticed that my pants were getting wet and stained and dirty at the car shows. If we were parked on asphalt or concrete, my knees were getting all bruised up. When we were parked on grass or dirt, I ended up with grass stains. So, I found a padded kneeling board that you can place down and rest your knees on while you are wiping or polishing or detailing the bottom of your car. You simply pick it up and move it around the car as your are working and your knees are saved and more importantly the knees on your pants don’t get all messed up.

There is also another alternative. Summit Racing sells what they call a Pit Pad. It is basically the same thing. You can throw this in the trunk of your car and never again have to worry about grass stains, or getting the back of your shirt dirty.

Or you could keep one of those outdoor concert cushions they give out and stash that in the car 😉 :)

That’s a great idea! Another problem that you can run into is if the people that are running a show cut the grass the day before. You’ll be cleaning your car or something and all of a sudden your entire outfit and all your clothes are full of grass clippings! 😯

    Good idea Marshall! :salut:
