    has anyone had any problems with the Hayes 3 finger high performance clutch. I have one in a 1971 Cutlass Supreme Convertible with a m22 4 speed transmission. The person who rebuilt the engine installed this clutch.
    I have had a lot of trouble with chatter and it has a very hard pedal. Any
    ideas?

    Big Block, he should of matched the clutch to the engine .

    I talked with Big Block, the Hayes clutch was defective from the factory. He had the clutch replaced and it was was determined it was not torqued correctly from the factory.
