    Right. The thing is I have an official disclaimer in the Parts For Trade section that specifically states that this site is only for matching people up who have the parts. Do you think it would be even better if I made it so people could actually make their transactions on here as well? Obviously this would probably require a liscense of somekind.

    I don’t think that is needed. Than if someone screws someone else over they are going to come to you.

    Very good point , I guess I did not think of the fact some one would be unsatisfied what they would do . But we know disclaimers are only as good as the paper they are writen on . If that was the case heck some could come back on me for disagreeing with you and possibley hold Garibaldi responsible . Were would it end right . I would look in your local Auto trader and see what they do to keep themselves protected. Or maybe play it safe and consult an attorney .

    I’ll look into it. I know a guy at VH who is a legal expert, I’ve already asked him about it, I’m just awaiting a response. I doubt that there would be that many issues with it as long as its just a place to find parts.

    A friend of mine Don (19chevelle69) just created me a page on my web site and he Dubbed it SWAP MEET wich is a great name and might give folks the right idea .

    Or maybe Swap shop forum ?? should be cliky so it gets them to look .

    Sounds like a good idea. Simple enough and is general to encompass everything.
