In regards to Clint Eastwood’s recent movie, “Gran Torino”:
“Eastwood does not smoke. As for the car, it’s his now. The 1972 Gran Torino was purchased for the movie from Salt Lake City Classic and Muscle, a Vernal, Utal dealership.”
“Larry Stelling, transportation coordinator for the movie, saw it on the dealer’s Web site and went out to close the deal.”
“The movie was filmed in Michigan, and the car was bought through a Michigan car dealer so that the film qualified for state tax incentivies. Incidentally, Eastwood drove a Gran Torino in “Magnum Force”, the second “Dirty Harry” movie in 1973.”
“Now you know, the rest of the story…….”
