September 3, 2005 at 3:56 am #11583AnonymousInactiveQuote:eventually, i’m going to check all those links and post meaningful posts. really,
i am.
but for the time being, responding to the topic that started this:
have any of y’all read “The General’s President”?
’cause if you haven’t, i think you might enjoy it.:doh2:
the above was posted to the wrong thread.
i honestly have no idea where i meant to put it.
in response to the “jokes” thread:
have only finished page 1 and have already printed 4 things to take to work.
i’m looking forward to reading the rest.September 3, 2005 at 4:04 am #11584GaribaldiKeymasterYeah I haven’t gone through it all either, its so long!!! Lots of great jokes!!! icon_punk.gif
September 4, 2005 at 6:49 am #11585AnonymousInactiveQuote:A precious little girl walks into a pet shop and asks, in the sweetest
little lisp, between two missing teeth, “Excuthe me, mithter, do you
keep widdle wabbits?”As the shopkeeper’s heart melts, he gets down on his knees so that he’s
on her level and asks, “Do you want a widdle white wabbit, or a thoft
and fuwwy bwack wabbit, or maybe one like that cute widdle bwown wabbit
over there?”She, in turn, blushes, rocks on her heels, puts her hands on her knees,
leans forward and says, in a tiny quiet voice, “I don’t think my python
weally gives a (Lisp saying for S**T) .”we were once the proud host to a red-tailed boa constricor.
feeding her was a problem.
rabbits were the cheapest option.
so my husband and the roommate acquired rabbits at the local live-stock feed/slash western wear store (please don’t ask).
the clerk eventually got wise to the fact that these rabbits weren’t being turned into cute widdle Easter gifts.
and he started offering the “ugly wabbits”
it turned into a huge joke at my household.
“pardon me sir, do you have any ugly wabbits?”
“give that wabbit a sign”
“ugly wabbit=snake food”it was awfully funny at the time.

September 24, 2005 at 4:38 pm #11591hpdog259962ParticipantThe PocketMod is a new way to keep yourself organized. Lets face it, PDAs are too expensive and cumbersome, and organizers are bulky and hard to carry around. Nothing beats a folded up piece of paper. That is until now. With the PocketMod, you can carry around the days notes, keep them organized in any way you wish, then easily transfer the notes to your PDA, spreadsheet, or planner.
