GTO Man,

We have a referendum on the ballots here in Fitchburg to build a library. We don’t have a library. Actually, we don’t have alot of things, but personally I can’t justify an initial outlay of 12M and an annual maintenance of 1M, which would cost the average homeowner in Fitchburg about $162 a year, for eternity.

That is allot of money on a yearly basis for a library. Municipalities must think money grows on trees.
