They suck. I don’t care about the lakes and how they are. I wouldn’t swim in them anyway. Use some salt on the roads. For the amount of taxes we pay we are getting screwed.

I agree with that 100%. I live in Columbus and we have more snow than Madison, yet Madison’s main roads are much worse than ours….it doesnt make any sense.

I tell you what, I got stuck on the beltline tuesday night in rush hour, took me over a hlaf hour to go from Verona Rd to Fish Hatch. I could’ve walked that distance faster in a blizzard that what I was driving it. Madison’s eco-friendly Mayor Dave should seriously consider having his head removed from his extremities, every time I come to Madison I’m more and more glad I don’t live there!!! The plows were not out, so no roads were clean at all and there was no salt anywhere. The lakes will still be there, quit worrying about the salt hurting the water because I can guarantee you there’s a lot worse crap sitting at the bottom…..and I don’t think Otis Redding is going to complain about it now either :silly:

Out here where I live, my road is the last to get plowed but it does get plowed, so I really can’t complain. If I were a resident of Madison I’d be at every city council meeting throwing my shoes at the mayor!!!
