Madison’s Keystone Cops

I see Madison’s finest are looking for explosive devices. Unfortunately I don’t think they could find one even if someone handed them a briefcase marked ‘BOMB’. This city’s crime is out of control. Every night there seems to be robberies. We need a police force that has experience dealing with the types of crime and gangs that are taking over. Madison cops are too worried about offending anyone.
