Neighborhood hardware store closing.
I live in the area and I agree with the owners of the hardware store. The neighborhood has changed for the worse. If the city and police had done something earlier when the problems first started appearing the neighborhood may not be in such a decline. I have had it also. Many people are afraid to shop in that strip mall.
