Almost every page of the site has been edited and enhanced for WCC 6. Here are a few noteworthy things to check out:
1. RSS Feeds. If you’ve never used RSS before, its a great way to keep track of news on a site. All major news sites use them. You can use a RSS reader on your desktop, Gmail account, or even your mobile device (like an iPhone). Subscribing to RSS is a great way to easily stay up-to-date. All parts of Wisconsin Collector Car now have RSS feeds. You can choose which parts you want to stay up-to-date with on the RSS Page
2. My Menu. When you are logged in, a new special menu item will appear on the left menu called “My Menu”. This provides links to all the things you can do as a registered user on the site. Be sure to check out all of them as they are all useful features. Also, when logged in you’ll see new items pop up in various places in the menu – like for instance look over under Forum now and you’ll see a “Favorite Posts” link. Also, many of these useful links are available on the floating menu on the right!
3. Private Messages. The Private Messages system has been completely overhauled and now includes new features like multi-person messages so you can easily message a whole group of people!
