    I have a question:

On a 1959 Ford Galaxie, how could I tell the difference between a 332 ci and a 352 ci V8 engine? I have found conflicting information regarding identifying the FE series engines.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Update-

From what I have found, the difference between the two is bore and stroke, there is no stamping on the block or heads to indicate displacement. The 332 was only available with the cruise o matic transmission. Im going to have to get this up on the hoist to verify the trans.

Cruise o matic was a 3 spd auto with 2 different detents in drive. Ford o matic was a 2 spd with just P R N D L. No need to raise it up if you can look inside and tell. With the cruiseomatic, either you started in 2nd, white dot or started in 1st, green dot.
