Madison Police have made fools out of themselves in this case. The 5 people in question were not breaking the law. Because of a call from one of Madison’s neurotic citizens, this whole thing started.

Attorney’s will be involved in this on the side of the carriers. MPD can’t continue to write Disorderly Conduct citations to people who are not breaking the law.
